This is a quick guide. It’s not a substitute for the full legal Terms of Service (below), which always take priority.
What you get
You can generate images and other content (“Assets”) using BNX AI.
In most cases, you own the Assets you create.
If your company makes more than USD 1m a year, you’ll need a Professional or Enterprise plan to keep ownership rights.
What we get
You give BNX AI permission to use your Prompts and Assets to improve the service and community, unless you’re on Stealth Mode (available with Professional/Enterprise).
We may show your Assets publicly unless Stealth Mode is active.
What’s not allowed
No infringing on others’ intellectual property.
No adult, violent, or political campaigning content.
No reverse-engineering, reselling access, or creating multiple accounts.
Be respectful — harassment, fraud, or illegal activity can get you banned.
Important limitations
The service is provided “as is” — we don’t guarantee uptime, quality, or suitability for your particular purpose.
Our liability is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.
You’re responsible for your own use and for any claims from third parties.
Payments & accounts
Subscriptions run through external payment providers.
You can cancel any time.
Breaches of our rules can lead to suspension without refund.
Disputes
First try to resolve things informally with us.
If not, disputes go to arbitration under English law (London).

BNX AI – Terms of Service
Thank you for using the BNX AI platform. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between BNX Payments Limited (“BNX AI”, “BNX.ME”, “we”, “our”) and any individual or organisation (“Client”, “you”, “your”) accessing or using our services, applications, or platform via the website https://bnx.me (the “Site” or the “Service”).
These Terms set out your rights in relation to images, videos, and other materials you may generate using the Service (“Assets”), as well as the text prompts (“Prompts”) you submit to the Service. They explain how you may use the Service, the obligations you assume, and include provisions relating to arbitration and other legally significant matters. Our Privacy Policy, which governs the processing of your personal data, is available separately. We strongly recommend reviewing these Terms carefully together with our Privacy Policy, our subscription plan documentation, and our Community Guidelines. Collectively, these documents form a single legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”).
The Agreement takes effect on the date you are first presented with these Terms and continue to use or access the Service, or when you begin to create or distribute Assets (the “Effective Date”). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease all use of the Service.
1. Availability and Quality of the Service
We continuously improve the Service, expand its functionality, and alter algorithms, including the style of generated images, underlying mechanisms, and available features. We provide no warranty regarding the quality, stability, availability, or reliability of the Service. You must not rely upon any aspect of the Service or generated Assets as critical to your business processes. We accept no liability for losses caused by reliance on the Service. BNX Payments Limited is the sole owner of the BNX AI algorithm.
The Service and Assets are provided “AS IS” without any express or implied warranties, including (without limitation) warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for determining the legality and suitability of using or distributing Assets and assume all risks associated with your use of the Service.
BNX AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You must not:
use the Service to develop or promote competing products or services;
reverse-engineer the Service or Assets;
use automated means to interact with the Service or generate content;
resell or redistribute access to the Service.
Each account is for a single user only. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited.
You must not use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, patents, and trade marks. Breach may result in civil and criminal liability, including permanent suspension of access.
We reserve the right to investigate complaints or breaches of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including notifying law enforcement, regulators, or other competent authorities. For such purposes, we may disclose user information including email addresses, usage history, materials, IP addresses, and other data.
2. Age Requirements
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and meet the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction. If you are old enough to access the Service but not legally entitled to agree to these Terms independently, your parent or legal guardian must accept the Terms on your behalf.
Parents and guardians should review these Terms with their children. If you allow a minor to use the Service, you accept these Terms and are responsible for the child’s activity.
BNX AI aims to maintain content at a “PG-13” level. However, Assets are AI-generated in response to user Prompts. The technology is novel and may behave unpredictably. We do not guarantee that Assets will be suitable for all users.
3. Your Information
By using the Service, you provide BNX AI with personal data such as email address, username, payment details, prompt history, uploaded images, and related information. Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Rights in Content
Your Rights and Obligations
Subject to applicable law, you are the owner of all Assets created by you using the Service, subject to the following limitations:
Your rights are subject to these Terms and the rights of third parties.
If you are a business or employee of a business with annual revenue exceeding USD 1 million, you must hold a “Professional” or “Enterprise” subscription to retain ownership rights in generated Assets.
If you hold a “Standard” subscription, you are encouraged to provide an active link to bnx.me when publishing Assets.
Your rights to generated Assets remain even if you cancel or downgrade your subscription.
BNX AI Licence
By using the Service, you grant BNX AI a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use your content, including Prompts and generated Assets, for reproduction, modification, public display, distribution, and sublicensing. This licence continues after termination of the Agreement.
Stealth Mode
BNX AI operates as an open community. By default, your Assets are accessible for viewing and use by other users. If your subscription includes “Stealth Mode” (available in “Professional” and “Enterprise” plans), BNX AI will not publish your Assets publicly while that mode is active.
5. DMCA Policy and Content Removal
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright or trade mark has been infringed via the Service, you may submit a takedown notice to BNX AI. Such notice must include your signature, a description of the infringed work, identification of the infringing material, your contact details, and a statement of good faith belief. We may remove or block disputed content, notify alleged infringers, and suspend accounts for repeat violations. Counter-notification procedures are available for mistaken removals. False statements may result in liability, including damages and legal costs.
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
All disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration rather than litigation. The parties shall first make good faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the High Court of Justice of England and Wales (London Commercial Court). Arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Arbitral awards are final and binding. Each party bears its own legal and arbitration costs.
7. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers, whose terms may take precedence with respect to payment processing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may amend or discontinue features, subscription plans, or pricing at our discretion. Breach of the Community Guidelines may result in termination without refund of the current subscription period.
8. Community Guidelines
Treat other users and staff with respect. Offensive or aggressive material is prohibited.
No adult content or depictions of violence. Shock content will be blocked.
Respect others’ works; do not distribute them without consent.
No political campaigning or election interference.
Fraud, deception, and unlawful activity are prohibited.
Do not mislead others regarding the origin of Assets.
Do not publish personal data of others.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided without warranties. We accept no liability for loss of profits, data, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for use of the Service during the preceding 12 months.
You are responsible for your actions and agree to indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from your use of the Service.
11. Image Generator
The “BNX AI Image Generator” forms part of the Service and is governed by these Terms. By using it, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to the content you provide and that you do not infringe any law or third-party rights. BNX AI reserves the right to remove or block materials and restrict access.
12. Miscellaneous
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
No Partnership: The Agreement does not create agency, partnership, or joint venture relationships.
Survival: Certain provisions (including those concerning intellectual property and confidentiality) survive termination.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the arbitration procedure described above.
